2018 Joyce Binder Award Winner

Kathleen Keating, RN, MSN, CNP, nursing consultant and former Director of Nursing and Health Services, OPWDD. Kathy is described as “The Queen of Mentors” for her “invaluable constant support and resource, for decades,  for all nurses in our field”. She has also been lauded for elevating the profession of nursing within OPWDD.

2017 Joyce Binder Memorial Award Winner
