To Become an Exhibitor at the NYSIDDDNA 2024 Annual Conference
The NYSIDDDNA 2024 Annual Conference will be held September 9-11, 2024 at The Queensbury Hotel in Glens Falls, New York. The Annual Conference provides companies and organizations with an excellent opportunity to showcase their products and/or services to nursing and administrative professionals who specialize in the support of people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Our attendees appreciate the opportunity to learn about the products and services you offer to enhance the care and enable their safe and effective practice of this nursing specialty.
The Exhibit Hall will be open Monday, September 9 and Tuesday, September 10. The location of the Exhibit Hall will provide attendees with easy access to the exhibit tables during the breaks and between sessions.

We also have several opportunities for exhibitors to become a conference sponsor. Sponsors complete the Sponsorship Agreement Form. PAYING THE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FEE
You can pay the Exhibitor Registration Fee by check or by PayPal. Please make checks payable to the NYS ID/DD Nurses Association. If paying by PayPal, you will choose the appropriate payment option below. The fee is $525 if paid by July 31, and $625 if paid after July 31. PayPal will add a processing to your transaction if you are paying by PayPal. Please Note: The exhibitor fee does not include meals.
